 By signing this agreement you agree to hold AmericInn Hotel & Suites Denver Airport, it's assignors, lessees and franchise holders free from any liability for damage to, or theft of, the above plated vehicle during the duration it is parked on this property. Furthermore, you shall not park said vehicle in any area where parking is prohibited, such as fire lanes, next to red marked curbs, or spaces designated by the property as restricted. Only vehicles with a valid handicap plate or placard may be parked in handicapped parking spaces, we are unable to accept verbal affirmation of handicap status. If hotel staff is reasonably unable to determine that your vehicle is a qualified hadicapped vehicle and it is left in a handicap designated parking space, it will be towed immediately and without warning!

 ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR HOTEL GUESTS: Your vehicle may be parked in our parking lot as long as you are a guest at the hotel without charges. Should you decline to stay at the hotel, parking must be paid for in advance for any nights your vehicle will remain in the lot that you are not a guest. Please call the hotel at the number listed on your instruction sheet should you need to reserve a parking space. Failure to reserve parking for your vehicle will result in your vehicle being towed at your expense.
